Rental Verification
Your current and previous residence must report prompt payment record and sufficient notice given.

Stable employment is required and income will be verified. Exceptions will be made for students

Massey Properties does not accept any criminal felonies
Pet Fees
- $200 pet deposit, per pet
- $30 monthly fee, per pet
- No more than 2 pets per unit
Pet Health Requirements
- Regular healthcare and immunizations are required
- 30 lb weight limit
- Must adhere to local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements
Payment
- We require all rent payments to be collected via automated electronic payment, known as ACH
- Payment will process the 1st of the month
Late Payment
- There is a $10 per day late fee that will be assessed if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month
- All returns due to insufficient funds will incur a $25 fee
